  • WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Provide billing and payment support to customers and our dynamic sales team via phone and email.
  • Think creatively to resolve customer billing issues, post credits, take payments, assist Finance Manager with special projects.
  • Work as part of a team offering individual and team solutions to customer accounts.
  • Set-up of customer Pricing Contracts.
  • HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Check and wire posting to customer accounts.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Previous experience in an accounting and/or customer service role.
  • Team Player.
  • Positive energy and attitude, and calm demeanor.
  • Ability to resolve issues and think independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Software, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn custom software.
