--Active Directory (basic IT) experience
--Experience communicating to a variety of audiences
--Experience taking the lead on action items and does not require hand holding
--3-5 years of experience Active Directory and communication and support
--Tool set: IT background, networking, Active Directory
--MS experience would be nice to have but is not a requirement
--4-year degree is always preferred, but not required --Any technical certifications are desired
--Presentation Skills: Any advanced presentation skills required for this assignment? (Leading meetings, presenting slide decks, etc.) --Yes, either capabilities or interest in learning how to present content for remote delivery.
--Best candidate: a variety of Microsoft technology skills, customer service skills and experience, self-driven success through initiatives. Longevity in technology that demonstrates passion for IT.
--Average candidate: While developer experience can be good, this individual will be successful if they seek customer-facing opportunities vs. diving into research opportunities. Experiences which reveal more research or internal assignments vs. customer facing would represent an average candidate.
--Dis-qualifiers: If candidate does not have required skills they will be automatically disqualified.
--Performance Indicators: Customer-facing utilization is measured on a MTD and YTD report. Expectation is to have at least 75% utilization after 2 months of ramping on the technology.
