Job Description

PeopleShare has an immediate opening for an Recruiting Assistant in Manalapan, NJ! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with entry level exposure to recruitment and HR looking to gain additional experience.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday / 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Pay Rate: $12-14/hour
  • Temporary opportunity
  • Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Assist the Human Resources Manager to recruit and screen potential candidates
  • Review resumes, call perspective candidates and conduct phone interviews
  • Schedule in person interviews, coordinating with HR associates and department heads
  • Job openings to fill are mostly warehouse roles
  • Job Requirements:

  • Previous exposure to or experience with staffing, recruitment and/or human resources
  • Experience hiring for warehouse roles preferred
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment
