Job Description This position is responsible for providing high level service to the HR team and corresponding client groups. The Senior HR Associate performs a full range of non-routine and complex clerical and administrative duties. This position will report directly into the HR Manager who support Marketing, Legal and Private Brands teams.

Accountabilities

•Assist with the recruitment process including communication with Talent Aquisition team and hiring managers, coordination of internal talent moves and team changes
•Coordinate and execute all aspects of onboarding new colleagues
•Maintain accurate data entry of colleague records into the HRIS software
•Serve as first point of contact for day to day questions regarding HR policies, and escalate complex inquires to HR Manager
•Maintain organizational charts
•Collaborate with Senior HR Associates from other locations to promote efficiency and information sharing
•Participate in other special projects, to include Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Review, and various training programs
•Performs other duties as assigned by HR Director
•Uses tact and judgment in contact with internal and external colleagues of all levels.
•Strong knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures and practices required for answering colleague and supervisor questions.
•Process a variety of Human Resources related paperwork and forms.
•Creates new policies/procedures and places in proper format, as well as edits existing policies and procedures.
•Coordinates training and materials. Provides meeting design support.
•Format and produce various correspondence, forms, reports, presentations, etc. with speed and accuracy, following company procedures. Gathers and analyzes company-wide information for monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
•Maintains strict confidentiality with respect to sensitive issues, records, reports and other related items.
•Delivers training to colleagues.
•Troubleshoots and resolve various colleague issues.
•Coordinates company-related activities and meetings as needed. Files documents/records.

Job Requirements


•3 - 5 years of previous HR support experience
•Working knowledge of HRIS programs
•A Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
•Ability to work effectively with colleagues of all levels
•Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and the ability to adapt quickly to change
•Strong sense of urgency
•Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
•Drive and desire to question/challenge conventional standards with new ideas and approaches
•Excellent organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
•Ability to travel to Allendale, NJ periodically (approximately 5%-10% of time)
