Job Description A large institution in the Birmingham area is seeking a HR Assistant as an addition to their growing team! The duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Handle administrative tasks within the department
  • Assist in properly tracking and filing all HR paperwork
  • Aid in the on-boarding process with new employees
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

    The following experience and skills is required in order to be considered for the role. ITAC Solutions will only consider candidates with stable work history and available references. 

  • Several years of professional clerical or administrative experience in a corporate environment
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft suite
  • Professional and punctual 
  • HR experience is highly preferred
