Clerical Support Clerk
The Clerical Support Clerk provides back office support for a retail store. Duties include data entry, answering phones, providing backup for the Security Cashier, and maintaining store files.
• Perform daily clerical tasks in the back office of a retail store to include answering phones, data entry, distribution of reports and other paperwork, filing, printing of CILs, reviewing in-stock of office supplies and other store supplies and ordering
product as needed, and other clerical duties as assigned by the Support Team Lead.
• Acts as a backup to Security Cashier to ensure accurate and efficient accounting of the security room.
• Acts as a backup Cashier to ensure customer checkout is handled in a fast and efficient manner.
