  • Identify and recommend key issues to be addressed by research after discussion with business team, manager, and other appropriate resources
  • Manage the design, implementation, management, and analysis of marketing research projects conducted for assigned businesses
  • Manage external research suppliers to assure delivery against project objectives on all aspects of the research including methodology, questionnaire design, execution and reporting
  • Interpret research data including summarizing, editing of supplier reports and writing conclusions in order to clearly and persuasively communicate findings and recommendations
  • Able to keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously with a high degree of quality and integrity of work.
  • Ensure connection of custom research, analytics and secondary research to provide holistic analyses and viewpoints to the business
  • Provide ongoing visibility and reinforcement of insights to Marketing Services and cross-functional partners
  • Develop strong partnerships with marketing and cross functional teams
  • Job Requirements


    • Bachelor’s degree is required
    • MBA preferred


    • More than 4 years of experience in consumer or shopper insights (CPG and/or food research preferred)
    • Familiarity with primary marketing research methodologies and techniques
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Strategic mindset and ability to effectively communicate actionable insights
    • Ability to integrate multiple data sources to develop comprehensive analyses
