CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES and DATA ENTRY CLERKS needed for ongoing opportunities: If you are a dynamic Customer Service Representative or Data Entry Clerk, OfficeTeam needs you! OfficeTeam is staffing for multiple Customer Service and Data Entry positions. In these roles you will: ? Answer product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services ? Open customer accounts by recording account information ? Maintain customer records by updating account information ? Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution ? Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments ? Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs ? Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information ? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed ? Receive and enter incoming purchase orders ? Report on a daily basis the number of devices on incoming orders ? Answer inbound calls ? Respond to customer inquiries by fax or phone, in a timely fashion ? Prepare change order requests on existing orders ? Expedite orders upon customer request ? Prioritize "rush" orders ? Research and respond to customer complaints of shortages, incorrect shipments or defective materials, which may results in processing a replacement order and or requesting an ARM ? Edit customer PO's to insure all information is accurate ? Contact customers, if necessary, to resolve unclear issues ? Track lost shipments through freight carriers ?
