Job Description Temporary Claims Assistance job in Indianapolis, IN
 
Our client is hiring for a Temporary Claims assistant job in Indianapolis, IN. In this position you would be responsible for helping Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Imra victims in the processing of their claims.
 
This is a temporary position that will last anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, essentially until the volume in claims decreases. They are looking for individuals who can work a standard Mon-Fri 8am-5pm shift. However if you can work until 7pm or weekends in addition to an 8am-5pm that is a plus!
 
Your responsibilities are:
  • Calling customers to inform them that an adjuster will be out soon to assist them
  • Data entry of claims
  •

  • Strong data entry skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service experience is a plus
