OfficeTeam has an immediate need for an Office Assistant on a temporary basis for one of our well established Monmouth County area. The main responsibilities of the Office Assistant includes: scanning documents, data entry of information into excel spreadsheets, filing, answering phones as needed, collating/copying documents, and other projects as assigned. The ideal Office Assistant would have 1+ years experience in a similar position, would have the ability to multi-task, and would have a very strong work ethic. Must have strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience with a great firm!
