Brief Job Description:
Ensures consistent implementation and execution of the HumanResourcesagenda throughout the assigned campus/site(s). May beresponsible formultiple sites. Partners with HR Director in contributingto the designand effective implementation of key human resourceinitiatives. Partnerswith operations leadership in identifying andeffectively addressing theHR implications of policy and practiceschanges that occur within the business.

Detailed Job Description:

  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits systems, processes, and employee communications.
  • Manage staffing, succession planning and associated programs and processes.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems.
  • Implement/manage training and development activities and monitor effectiveness. Conduct training, as necessary.
  • Manage associate relations programs and processes.
  • Handle labor Relations, as appropriate/as required.
  • Contribute to change management efforts.
  • Implement EOS action planning activities and initiatives
  • Participate in and support organization design efforts.
  • Manage the full range of HR information systems and processes.
  • Apply basic supply chain knowledge to identify opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



  • Bachelors degree and/or minimum of 7+ years HR experience
  • Masters degree in a related field
  • Appropriate professional designation such as PHR, SPHR, CPHR etc.
  • 5+ years in Human Resources with exposure within all of the major functional areas of HR
  • Broad experience in implementing HR interventions to address operational issues
  • Working knowledge of the HR discipline and the regulatory environment surrounding it
  • Working knowledge of the supply chain industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop chemistry with key internal customers and management
  • Ability to communicate linkages between HR agenda and operational objectives
  • Ability to apply team building principles to effectively lead team towards results
  • Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to understand a complex matrix organization and obtain results while operating in that type of environment
