The Residential Program Specialist position will work with the staff of CLEAResult's Entergy Arkansas and Centerpoint Arkansas residential programs to ensure the execution of normal program functions, including responding to inquiries from customers and trade allies, producing monthly and ad-hoc reports, managing inventory, and other duties as assigned.

Utilizing your strong project management and communication skills, attention to detail, and deadline driven approach you will provide quality deliverables to stakeholders internally and externally. This position will have tasks ranging from supporting internal teams, contractors and customers; direct program support via phone and email; assembling client deliverables; implementing systems for tracking deliverables on a daily basis; overseeing multiple projects with varying timelines; data entry and reporting; verifying and organizing documentation; and working collaboratively with a diverse program team to meet program goals. Additionally, you will assist with tracking accounts and projects across multiple systems, reporting on them, and determining deficient information on a granular level - thus your experience with a variety of technologies, including Excel and basic database structure, will be helpful.


  • Overseeing projects and communicating between teams to ensure timely completion
