Compensation: $13.30 to $15.40 per hour

OfficeTeam is assisting a client in the Healthcare Industry with several medical customer service representative positions. Job duties for this position include: -Responsible for incoming provider phone initiatives. -Receive, interpret and accurately respond to provider inquiries, both verbally and in writing in accordance with department standards, policies and procedures. -Consistently document and accurately code all inquiries within designated call tracking software applications, within required Plan timeframes and according to Plan documentation policies. -Review, investigate and advise providers regarding member eligibility, benefits and claims status and payment determinations. -Interact professionally, efficiently and effectively with providers, management and other departments in a caring and honoring manner. -Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures and comply with applicable regulations. -Demonstrate an organized and accountable approach to daily administrative responsibilities.
