Job Description

** 25-30 hours per week for 3 months

Role and Expectations:
1. Supplies
* Proactive monitoring and replenishment
* Reactive replenishment (customer ticket system)
* Supplies inventory management, i.e. ordering, shipping, receiving, etc.
* Manage and facilitate remote locations
2. Service and maintenance
* Proactive monitoring, response, and resolution
* Reactive response and resolution (customer ticket system)
* Support and facilitate remote locations
* Support, perform, and facilitate all preventative maintenance cleanings (bi-annual)
3. Equipment
* Support equipment move/add/change/delete
* Support and update monitoring software's with accurate data
* Physical inventories when applicable
4. Assessment and optimization
* Physical inventories and data gathering
* Consistent recommendations for the betterment of the environment
5. Metrics
* Support and provide monthly metrics and ad-hoc requests, pertaining to service levels
6. Misc.
* Respond to ad-hoc end-user concerns and requests
* Management of Executive team and other high-demand teams concerns with a high priority and sense of urgency
* Work closely with customer Desktop team for all printer network issues
* Loading and unloading of supplies (warehouse type work)
* Travel to satellite locations if needed to address support concerns
* Create, enhance, and manage all processes for maximum efficiency's
* Ad-hoc projects and requests
