Trinity Health Senior Communities (THSC) is seeking a Regional Recruiter for this newly created position supporting our communities in SE Michigan. THSCs corporate office is located in Livonia, Michigan. THSC operates over 40 communities in multiple states with annual revenues of 370M. The primary purpose of your job position is to manage the entire employment process and to ensure that positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified applicants. Promotes workforce development and assist in managing retention. Responsible for developing a diverse applicant pool of qualified candidates, prescreening and interviewing applicants. Responsible for understanding organizational recruitment needs current and forecasted, and develops and maintains a good understanding of what talent pools are available and how to access them. Develops recruitment strategies, sources and recruits talent. This job is approximately 70 percent recruiting and 30 percent analysis.

Candidates will have:

  • Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle, as normally obtained through a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Three (3) to Five (5) years of recruiting experience. A combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
  • Must be action-oriented, have business acumen, manage conflict well, be customer focused, have high decision quality, flexibility to adapt to ongoing change and have organizational agility. Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines with high level of accuracy and to prioritize multiple tasks in a highly automated setting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with multiple levels in the organization.
  • Comfort level operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
  • A personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals and values of Trinity Health.
