Summary: Under the general direction of the Lead Clinical Dietitian and Department Manager, the diet clerk is responsible for assisting the dietitian in maintaining high levels of patient nutritional care, maintenance of the patient menu program and operation of the patient trayline. Union: This position is represented by SEIU, Local 1107 and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Experience: One year hospital nutrition experience or similar. Good organization and communication skills. Knowledge of diets.Education: High School education or equivalent Training in Clinical Nutrition Computer literacy.
