Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative - May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers - Handle incoming telephone calls - Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion - Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence
Job RequirementsCustomer Service Representative Requirements - Customer service experience preferred - Solid understanding of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines - Documentation experience - Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment - Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods - A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism - Strong customer service and office administrative skills - Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions - Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers - 2+ years experience of proven performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment desired - Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required - Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired If you are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience to each and every customer you interact with and are a customer service 'champion', we want to hear from you.
