Job Description

At SPLASH®, we are known and trusted for our exceptional Windshield Washer products. In addition, we sell De-Icers, Ice Melt, Antifreeze, Pressure Washer Cleaner, Wiper Blades, and All Purpose Cleaner. SPLASH® is looking for a dynamic and genuinely helpfulOffice Support Specialist to join the team at our St. Paul, MN plant.

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting the Plant Manager, the Chief Operating Officer, and office management tasks for our St. Paul SPLASH® Plant.


  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct to various departments within the plant.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including product lookup and processing orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, order status, or shipping.
  • Assist sales team with customer inquiries.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed.
  • Generates reports for current and upcoming shipment needs.
  • Act as the office Go-To person for miscellaneous needs, including questions on computers, printers, software logins, etc.
  • Complies with safety standards and expectations within the plant at all times.
  • Assist other plant team members as needed.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including intermediate Excel skills.
    • Highly organized, self-starter with a team player mentality.
    • Ability to quickly and effectively change work direction depending on business needs.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and escalate issues when needed.
    • Ability to work safely and maintain safety expectations.
    • Previous experience with TRAVERSE Business Software is preferred but not required.
    • Above average knowledge of Microsoft office products required.
    • Previous experience in a Plant setting preferred.
