Job Description

Must be Bilingual - English and French Canadian (French speaking candidates with other dialects will be considered)

Associates degree or Bachelor's highly preferred

Experience with MS Office

building relationships with distributors and end customers in Canadian market, working cooperatively with field sales team, and processing all orders, returns, credits and pricing requests for customers.

* Provides a superior level of customer service that exceeds customer expectations
* Cultivates relationships with our distributors and end customers and supports sales and service efforts.
* Works cooperatively with field sales team to support sales growth efforts
* Exercises proficiency in all service processes including order processing of standard and special products, product returns, credits, expediting, recycling, tool reconditioning, price deviations and our web shopping application
* Supports sales growth by actively following up with sales leads and potential customers.
* Engages and communicates effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to verify expectations, and to bring any product or service issues to a prompt and satisfactory resolution for our customers.
* Conducts oneself with integrity, builds trust and leads by example
* Conducts business in an ethical manner, in compliance with anti-corruption policy

Primary Responsibilities:
-Taking orders from customers and entering them into ERP system
-Managing all logistics behind pricing orders, setting up shipping & delivery, and follow up with customer channels.
-Answering questions (via phone and email) from customers regarding status of order, quotes, etc.
-75% of this person's time will be spent on the phone.
