Responsibilities:- Delivering customer service and identifying new business opportunities. Delivery methods involved are call center and automated voice response system.- Provides feedback to assist in the creation of performance improvement goals and the development of training programs. - Screens incoming and outgoing calls to ensure quality, customer service, and adherence to the policies and procedures of the organization- Makes and receives phone calls with the intent of promoting or selling company products or services. - May provide a basic level of customer support but refers more complex problems to other staff members. - Researches accounts and leads or contributes to projects or assignments for other departments is assigned.- Provides job shadow training to new hires and other associates as assigned. - Participates in all bank promotions, cross-sells products and services and conducts relationships in a a manner that will enhance the overall image of the bank
