Job Description Summary: The Revenue Support Specialist follows proper procedures for handling telephone orders from patients and referral sources.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 
  • Responds to telephone inquiries from patients and referral sources.
  •  Ensures patient compliance with PHC guidelines for oxygen refills and supplies.
  • Coordinates the delivery, set up and pick up of oxygen equipment, supplies, and services with appropriate personnel. 
  • Provides information on oxygen equipment, supplies, and services.  Determines the best method for providing services
  • Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.  Must have the ability to work independently and multitask.
