Summary: The Revenue Support Specialist follows proper procedures for handling telephone orders from patients and referral sources. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responds to telephone inquiries from patients and referral sources.
Ensures patient compliance with PHC guidelines for oxygen refills and supplies.
Coordinates the delivery, set up and pick up of oxygen equipment, supplies, and services with appropriate personnel.
Provides information on oxygen equipment, supplies, and services. Determines the best method for providing services
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
