Job Description

Over the last 120 years, Lennox International Inc. (LII) has built a reputation for doing the right thing. LII’s Ethics & Compliance Office (ECO) is looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and driven Ethics & Compliance Specialist to join our team and help continue this legacy. The Ethics & Compliance Specialist will work out of LII’s headquarters in Richardson, TX and report to the Ethics & Compliance Supervisor.

Under general supervision, the Ethics & Compliance Specialist promotes LII’s core values of Integrity, Respect and Excellence throughout the globe by:

  • Contributing to the implementation of LII’s Ethics & Compliance Program with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Administering LII’s Case Management System (EPIM) and partnering with investigators to ensure employee concerns are appropriately assigned, investigated, resolved and documented consistently and in compliance with internal procedures
  • Assisting with the development, execution, and tracking of engaging and effective awareness communications and training related to LII’s Code of Business Conduct, policies, and applicable laws and requirements
  • Planning and executing LII’s Global Ethics Day
  • Assisting with LII’s anti-bribery/anti-corruption and third party intermediary vetting program
  • Participating in the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of LII’s Code of Business Conduct and related policies, procedures, and processes
  • Maintaining the Ethics & Compliance page on LII’s intranet site
  • Collaborating with Human Resources and other key stakeholders as required
  • Assisting Asset Protection with special projects
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of ethics & compliance initiatives
  • Encouraging a “Speak Up Culture”
  • Staying abreast of developments in the ethics & compliance field

  • Experience in Human Resources, Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 1 year related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio) and Outlook
