Job Description

Job Description - Parts Clerk:

Create & Process work orders

Contact vendors for the purchase of parts; receive & stock parts

Maintain inventory of stock items, and related recordkeeping

Administer repair parts warranty system (Ford is a plus)

Pull items from inventory for mechanics; log items to work orders

Administer the sale of excess parts via online portals

Administer lubricant sampling program

Occasionally drive pickup truck for parts retrieval / delivery

Maintain clean work environment

Ideally, candidates will have:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive and/or Heavy Equipment Parts Clerk

A strong attention to detail

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

The ability to work in a team setting, while also managing their time & workload independently

Prior forklift experience and proper licensing

Awareness of Safety
