Belcan Goovernment Services is seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Program Analyst to work in DARPA located in Arlington, VA.  Belcan Government Services is a technically strong firm with a reputation for quality and integrity, a direct result of our dedicated, talented and creative staff.

 

Responsibilities:

Provide project management, business management, and administrative support to a research and development defense agency. Serve as a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) coordinator and support program managers through acquisition, solicitation, and proposal evaluation for unclassified programs. Assist with the creation, revisions, and routing of program documents, BAAs, Justification and Approvals (J&As), and source selection documentation, including quality control of the documents and process to ensure that all aspects follow agency guidelines. Perform program management and progress tracking, meeting coordination and conference planning, and document coordination. Work in a cross-functional team that delivers high-quality outputs on time and within budget. Work directly with the client to assist with developing and executing research and development projects.

 

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with defense-related programs

-5+ years of experience in a DoD environment

-Experience with technical writing and editing

-Experience in the development of acquisition documentation

-Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree required

 

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with providing analysis and support to defense research and development programs, including DARPA, ARPA-E, and IARPA preferred

-Experience in working with federal procurement and solicitation processes

-Experience in a fast-paced DoD environment

-Experience with managing project schedules, risk, and budgets

-Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

-Ability to exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and a team orientation

-Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Secret or above clearance preferred

-PMP Certification

 

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
