Robert Half is seeking a skilled and passionate Helpdesk Technician.You will help us deliver world-class technology support to our client. Your day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting problems on desktop and mobile platforms and escalating support tickets to our engineering teams. Your long-term responsibilities include various projects, which we typically assign on a quarterly basis. Job RequirementsWHO YOU ARE: •Your communication is always friendly, concise, and professional. Your written communication is free of basic mechanical errors. •You've got fire in the belly. You thrive in fast-paced environments, you use independent judgment, and you have diehard senses of ownership and urgency. •You are a team player. You are engaged with group decision-making and you are always available to lend a hand. •You are humble. You are open to persuasion, you admit mistakes, and you ask for help when you need it. •You are open to 10% travel. Each member of our team periodically travels to offices without an IT presence to provide a day or two of in-person support. We schedule these visits with months of advance notice.
