Assignment: Employer Group

Location: West Virginia; Work at home (25% travel)

Be a part of Humana’s Client Management team – help to improve overall wellness of others by implementing practical and useful benefit solutions.

The Consumer Engagement Consultant (CEC) oversees the enrollment, education, engagement and activation duties for client groups for our national wellness clients. They contribute to Humana's business strategy by understanding benefit offerings to ensure enrollment success, identifying member education opportunities to drive maximum utilization of available resources, and directing clients on the use of Humana's available wellness and other resources.  The CEC utilizes tools and methods produced and made available by the Wellness organization, and other expert organizations.

Consumer Education

  • Educate, promote and support customers and members on our programs
  • Educate employers and consumers on Humana’s innovative health resources. (i.e. EAP,Health Coaching, Go365, etc.)
  • Consumer Engagement/ Activation

  • Establish well-being and engagement plans with employers/employees, execute on those plans
  • Create and capitalize on ‘moments of influence’ to drive consumer activation
  • Improve the consumer experience within the employer group segment
  • Design and staff wellness activities (i.e. 5k at employer group, champ camp, health fairs, etc.) for employers meeting engagement parameters
  • Drive Go365 activation and engagement
  • Enrollment

  • Coordinate the enrollment method for the customer, working with broker/3rd Party as required
  • Plan, organize and execute enrollment
  • Coordinate necessary Humana resources and logistics support to ensure a positive customer experience.  
  • Job Requirements

    Role Essentials

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Health or 2-4 years of related wellness experience background
    • Requires 25% travel
    • Effective communication and presentation skills using PowerPoint and WebEx
    • Solid leadership and personal accountability for work and productivity

    Role Desirables

    • Proven project management and administrative experience to follow up with questions
    • Account Management skills
    • Certifications related to wellness is valuable
