Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring our physical flows matches our systematic flows within the legal entity structure

    Daily Invoicing and Reconciliation
    •\tDaily international invoice generation and shipment preparations for all shipments to/from the wholesale and retail entities, both outbound and inbound between 2 distribution centers
    •\tIdentify, report, and help resolve systems issues related to invoice generation and accuracy
    •\tProcess manual invoices and/or virtual transactions for non-sale flows as necessary
    •\tSubmit SED/EEI declarations as necessary
    •\tPick up coordination and prep with transportation vendors as needed
    •\tCorrespond with brokers with proper pre-alert to avoid clearance delays
    Exotic Export
    •\tResponsible for new CITES applications and Attestation clearances with our export broker
    •\tFollow through of bookings from CITES approval, 3177 clearance to final shipping
    •\tWeekly call leadership on open issues with broker and delays with FWL
    •\tReconciliation of monthly audit of pending outbound and reverse exotics
    Corporate / DC Support
    •\tMonthly Destruction coordination with Operations and systematic processing in SAP
    •\tProcess Head office orders for non-sale purposes
    •\tProcess Leased Dept. Store (LDS) orders for approved returns
    •\tMonthly Credit and Debit invoices to offset invoice discrepancies (GM Adjustments)
    •\tRegular correspondence with Central team on transactions with Europe
    •\tExport log reconciliation for duty drawback
    •\tAd hoc DC Projects for operational efficiencies
    •\tISO14001 support and continuous improvement
    Qualitative Skills
    •\tStrong verbal and written communication skills to all levels and different audiences of the company and industry
    •\tEstablish trusting business relations with multiple internal and external partners (Operations, Stores, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customs, Finance, MIS, Digital, Merchandising, Marketing, Brokers, Transportation Vendors and International partners).
    •\tResourceful, cooperative attitude, service-oriented, results-oriented, sense of urgency
    •\tCurious to troubleshoot, find root causes to issues and present ideas for efficiencies
    •\tStrong analytical, organizational and detailed-oriented skills. Ability to prioritize under pressure 
    •\tAbility to be flexible in a fast changing, dynamic and demanding environment
    •\tComfort level with data and computer applications is essential.
  • Your skills and experience

    •\tB.S./B.A. degree; business, finance, customs brokerage, logistics disciplines preferred 
    •\tMinimum of 2-3 years professional work experience 
    •\tStrong technical and systems aptitude, especially proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point 
    •\tProficient in SAP a plus
