We are seeking a Performance Improvement RN for our Trauma Department. This RN will monitor clinical processes, outcomes and system issues related to the quality of care provided; develop quality filters, audits and case reviews; identify trends and sentinel events; and help outline remedial actions while maintaining confidentiality.

Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) years of acute care experience
Associates degree in Nursing (ADN).
Strong verbal and written communication skills ?Proficient computer skills
Registered Nurse license in AZ or compact state.

Preferred:
Experience with performance improvement and case review.
Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN)
Experience with trauma registry software.
