The books team is hiring a temporary worker to help us scale the review card program. In this position, you will work to ensure that the review cards being sent to the store are error free and align with our Amazon Books brand. This includes validating that our inputs to the review card software align with the products being sent to the Amazon Books store, partnering with our Amazon Books associate team to send replacements for missing/damaged cards, and partnering with our corporate program and product management teams to streamline manual processes. The right person for this role is someone with outstanding attention to detail. This is a role that includes adapting to new software launches, while managing manual processes. You are able to recognize mistakes or anomalies very quickly, identify root causes, communicate to the impacted stakeholders, and then quickly execute fixes. You have a track record of exceptional performance and love working in dynamic ambiguous, fast-paced environments. People trust and respect you and they like to work with you.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in program or catalog management Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and business judgment Expertise in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
Preferred:Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects – prioritization, planning and task delegation History of successful collaboration Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences Able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities Love of books and reading
