Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Life Sales Representative. This entry-level position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment selling life insurance and annuity products over the phone to customers.

The position involves professional telephone sales skills to generate new business at a high level of productivity. Proficiency in computers is required. Employees are required to complete the Amica Life Training Program, and obtain state life and health licenses. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

We are looking to fill three shifts. The first shift is Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:15pm with one evening from 11:45am to 8:00pm. The second available shift is Monday through Friday 11:45am to 8:00pm. The third shift is Monday through Thursday 1:45pm to 10pm and Fridays 9am to 5:15pm. All available shifts include working every 4th Saturday with a day off during that week. The Saturday hours are 9:00am to 5:15pm.

The training is 6 weeks and will take place during the daytime shift of 9:00am to 5:15pm.
