4 year Bachelor’s degree required.
2 years Primary Care sales experience OR 2+ years business to business experience with ability to demonstrate proof of sales performance
Current neurology sales experience with established relationships preferred
Proven successful sales track record – proof of sales performance required
Residence within geography is required / no paid relocation
Product Launch experience preferred
Demonstrated self-starter and highly motivated
Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently to deliver results
Demonstrated ability to work as a team member and effectively communicate within different levels of an organization
Demonstrated technical aptitude and computer skills essential
Solid business acumen including excellent and persuasive business communication
Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and act upon sales data within an assigned geography
Valid driver’s license that meets with Quintiles driving standards is required
Ability to travel as necessary is required
Demonstrated analytical skills
Demonstrated Business Acumen
Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence and negotiation skills
Demonstrated leadership ability
Demonstrated ability to apply technical/scientific knowledge
