Lamp, Rynearson & Associates, Inc., a civil engineering, survey, planning, and consulting firm with a solid reputation for its recognized clients, projects, and people, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Organizational Development Manager in its Omaha office, one of its four locations.

  • Assist in the implementation of employee development activities by supporting career path development and setting goals, and overall coaching and development of employees.
  • Assist with implementation of talent management and business unit initiatives related to learning and development.
  • Assist in the creation, implementation and monitoring of managerial and leadership development training programs.
  • Assist in the development of sustainable technical training program for employees.
  • Support and execute team-building activities. 

  • Bachelor's in Organizational or Leadership Development, Organizational Psychology or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of experience coordinating employee development and/or leadership development programs and initiatives.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with employees
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills with the ability to effectively interact and communicate with different personalities and professional styles at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to assist with presentation and facilitation of meetings.
  • Strong applied knowledge of OD concepts and research skills and strong interest in continuous learning in OD fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Ability to:
  • work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines,
  • manage multiple priorities,
  • work independently, as well as, part of a team, and
  • be creative and produce fresh ideas.
  • Ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
  • Experience in an engineering/architectural/construction firm or related industry helpful.
