Job DescriptionProvide continuous improvement support to the manufacturing facility teams by leading projects, implementing new practices, and procedures.
Work closely with the Director of Operational Excellence and the General Managers to align continuous improvement projects with business key performance indicators
Lead improvement teams utilizing the Six Sigma methodology and lean techniques, track project schedule, benefits, and other key metrics
Assures effective customer service and relations by implementing processes to deliver quality products on time
Support the Director of OE in standardization of processes and training material

Must be a proven leader and team player, with a track record in change management
Strong team builder, mentor, and coach
Demonstrated ability to implement new techniques and continuous improvement programs at all levels of manufacturing operations
Understanding and minimum 5 years experience with world class manufacturing principles including JIT, Demand Flow, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma techniques
Planning and organizational skills - prioritization, resource allocation, multi-tasking
Creative and innovative approach to problem resolution
Facilitation, negotiation, and conflict management skills
Intermediate level compute skills in Microsoft Office and Project Management
Ability to communicate verbally and in written form with people at all levels
Bachelors degree in engineering (ME, IE or EE)
7 to 15 years minimum experience in manufacturing and materials management is required.
Experienced and certified Black-Belt or able to achieve certification within 18 months.
