Local and growing client seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative


  • Receive inbound phone calls
  • Assist current and potential customers with orders, returns and product questions.
  • Keep accurate and daily records.
  • Establish good working rapport with customers, vendors and other company departments.
  • Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience required; in a call center environment preferred.
  • Excellent computer skill and knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, manage files and records and office procedures and terminology.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
