We are an internally managed Maryland real estate investment trust, or REIT, focused on acquiring, renovating, leasing, and operating attractive, single-family homes as rental properties in selected submarkets in 22 states.

As our Nashville, TN-based Leasing Coordinator you will perform a variety of administrative tasks related to the lease transaction life-cycle of single-family homes in the local market. These tasks include:

  • Fielding leads via technology-based applications (CRM,Yardi, Rently & Outlook) and assigning to appropriate Leasing Agents.
  • Working with prospective tenants to follow-up and collect documentation during the lease application process.
  • Sending required documentation to future residents during the lease phase approval process, including: funds due; ROP; and other communication.
  • Requesting leases from lease writing department and following up with future tenants to request funds due, including security deposit and other required fees.
  • Collecting ESA (External Showing Agent) documentation and documenting accurately in CRM database.
  • Assisting in follow-up calls to current tenants in order to verify lease status, including extension requests and lease renewal status.
  • Required Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Microsoft CRM
  • Experience with Yardi and Rently
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer, quality and results orientation
  • Ability to be an effective member of project teams
  • Required Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • State Real Estate License a plus
