-Consistently respond to customer inquiries by providing excellent customer service.-Enter order information and confirm sales order with customers.-Customer service over the phone and face to face-Continue education on new products-Assist with customer mailings and shipment of products-Research and resolve complex customer orders and technical questions-De-escalate and resolve customer concerns
-High School Diploma
-Minimum of 2 year professional customer service experience
