The newly created HR Analytics Analyst position will focus on building and supporting a dedicated analytics role, leveraging our new Workday HCM system. The Analyst will be charged with gathering key HR metrics to tell the talent story in partnership with the HR leaders to Baird leaders through data which supports business decisions. Reporting to Director of HR Operations and Technology, this is a highly visible, roll-up-your-sleeves position that requires someone with strong technical ability combined with relationship building and the ability to develop and execute a long-term vision.
