Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a Project Coordinator - Beaverton, Oregon (OR).Essential Functions:
  • Providing scheduling and logistics support to the GSM Performance Management Director
  • Providing logistics support to bi-monthly executive meetings, including: proof-reading and printing materials, ordering catering, and preparing supplies
  • Coordinating agendas and topics for the reviews
  • Sending timely communications to leaders on agendas, meeting notes, and preparation activities
  • Providing coordination support and guidance to the teams preparing for the review sessions, specifically on content expectations, deadlines, action items, and documentation
  • Serving as the SharePoint site administrator for the GSM KPI Review, including maintaining permissions, updating and organizing content, and providing help to users
  • Developing presentations in PowerPoint to facilitate review sessions, including creating and updating slides with agendas, calendars, action items, status, and process updates
  • Monitoring and managing the GSM KPI Review email box and calendar
  • Monitoring and tracking action items
  • Escalating issues and risks to executing against the calendar
  • Job Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must have 3-5 years of experience in areas such as: business analysis, project coordination, project management, or executive administration
    • Seeking a dynamic, self-driven project coordinator to support the GSM Performance Management team's monthly performance review meetings with GSM leaders
    • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
    • Detail-oriented and data-driven
    • Skilled communicator, both written and verbal
    • Ability to execute on multiple priorities at once
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
