Job Description Talent Admin 

DSS currently has an opportunity available in Ogden, UT for a Talent Admin to support the Talent Acquisition/Talent Solutions Teams. The successful candidate must be a self-driven professional with the ability to work independently and prioritize workload. He/she must have strong administrative support skills, enjoy working in an intense, client-focused environment, and meet stringent deadlines with a superior degree of professionalism, precision, and creativity.

Detail of Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage the administrative support functions for multiple teams
• Accurately maintain the teams appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
• Coordinate meetings, including conference rooms, meeting agendas, communication, and catering
• Prepare and maintain selected reports and documents for the management team
• Create a variety of documents including, letters, spreadsheets, and reports
• Foster positive working relationships with internal staff, hiring managers, and other contacts
• Represent DSS and our clients in a professional manner at all times, including communication, dress, and conduct
• Manage new hires and take them through the onboarding process.
• Data entry into system with accuracy.

What’s required to be successful in this role:
• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent; completion of a specialized course of study in administrative support or business highly preferred
• Ability to successfully plan, execute, and track projects
• Ability to effectively manage multiple functions simultaneously and respond to changing priorities
• Self-driven with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and prioritize workload
• Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to interact confidently and professionally with all levels within the organization, including senior executive management and external customers
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining the highest levels of customer service and detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them clearly
• Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including business writing, content development, and editing
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organization skills
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and related computer hardware and software
