Job Description Job Classification: Full-Time Regular

We are working with a client in Longmont, Colorado that has an immediate need for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper that is proficient with QuickBooks. Position details as follows:

Must be proficient with QuickBooks and Excel
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Payroll, time cards, filing for payroll taxes
Accounts receivable & payable, daily invoicing, check deposits & credit cards deposits
Human resources, employee files
Quarterly tax statements, 940 & 941 forms
Commissions
General ledger with Quickbooks, P/L and Balance sheet
Customer support
Office management and some product packaging, use of UPS & FedEx
