Aerotek is seeking a reliable and upbeat individual to work for one of our leading clients in the Dover region. This person must be willing to work a flexible schedule and have excellent communication skills and ability to work well with customers. The role is paying $13 to $14 an hour.
Must have:-Some type of relative customer service experience, preferred to have both face to face and phone experience-Team player attitude-Work ethicDay to day:The account manager will have their own portfolio of customers they deal with. They will be taking calls and placing calls all day every day. These calls could deal with: late payments, questions on payments, follow up calls on repossessions. They have an internal system they use to write notes on each account and follow up with teammates as necessary.Types of collection calls:1. courtesy calls = 2-7 days past due2. collection calls = 8-15 days past due3. daily collection calls = 16+ days past due Preferences: -Ability to problem solve, which is crucial for someone to be successful in the role.-Ability to remain calm and collected in tough customer service situations-Computer skills are essential
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm with ONE shift from 10:00AM TO 7:00PM
