Responsibilities and Qualifications:
What are the responsibilities and qualifications for the role?
Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Asbury Selling Process
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
Answer internet leads with in the stores required time and email product information with pricing
Reach store goals and produce a 12-15% closing ratio on internet leads
Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for clients
Test drives, vehicle walk-arounds, close deals and cradle to grave style
Motivation to be successful
Great customer service skills
Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
Strong computer & phone skills (E-Leads, Reports, Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
Prior sales, customer service, call center, or BDC experience a plus
Maintain professional business attire and appearance
Bi-lingual is always a plus!
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
