We are looking for a well-rounded technical Project Manager Assistant to help our client with their Electrical rollout team. This Project Manager Assistant should have some experience with Excel for tracking data, creating reports, and pulling reports, with a background of installing Electrical equipment inside Commercial or retail environments such as Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Kroger etc. Since Electrical is looking for a technical person, the PM Assistant must have experience pulling and installing power in large environments. Must have strong leadership skills and confrontable with talking on the phone since the PMI Assistant will host daily conference calls with the field technicians. From these calls the PM Assistant will gather information within Excel and run reports for the Project Manager. The PM Assistant will also order lifts and coordinate with the store to have them there on time of the install. The PM Assistant will also talk calls on nights and weekends depending on the demand of field techs needing assistants. Since Rollout is a fast paste environment, this person needs to have energy and urgency to get things done on time.
Additional Information: This position will sit at in Lowell AR. They will learn and train in the office alongside of a Master Electrician. This will help with understanding the basics of Electrical.
Work Environment: Retail or Grocery store environment for nationwide rollouts. Stores all over the country.
