Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Part-time Inside sales professional to sell print and digital advertising in the Houston markets. The ideal candidate is driven to meet or exceed the expectations of their customers. Appreciates that performance has a direct impact on income. Is internally motivated to succeed and has the conviction to reach their professional and personal goals. And is equally at ease having a one on one discussion with a decision maker or presenting in front of a group of clients.

Your skills and abilities summary

  • Targets, qualifies, contacts, and closes new business prospects.
  • Grows current customers with creative solutions to their advertising needs.
  • Influences the conversation and demonstrates credibility and knowledge by asking good questions.
  • Avoids giving the customer any reason to change away from the company by proactively communicating, reviewing business issues, and uncovering new problems that are uniquely positioned to address solutions
  • Reinforces, communicates, and reviews the purchase decision throughout the client relationship.
  • Provides aggregated proposals that include digital and print capabilities to meet the specific needs of the client.
  • Is driven, energetic, and consistently optimistic.
  • Job Requirements
    • A proven track record of high success in local market B2B sales.
    • At least 6 months in Customer Service, ideally in advertising media including print and digital products.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
    • Strong prospecting skills, including the ability to engage in high-level cold-calling to qualify and close new accounts.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a top-notch customer service approach.
    • Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce or similar product a plus
