We currently have an opportunity for a Document Specialist supporting work in the Los Alamos, New Mexico area.  This position will be providing Document Specialist services including providing support for legacy records and general records management. Must have or be capable of obtaining a Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Duties will include providing support for legacy records, general training related to records management and reviewing and commenting documents. Capable of using organization skills to maintain records, and configuration/change control, apply knowledge of desktop publishing applications to format, develop and revise procedures, manuals, reports and presentation material.  Perform other duties as required.

Job RequirementsEducation & Experience:  Technical degree with 8+ years of experience.  An equivalent combination of relevant experience, demonstrated performance, and education may substitute for degree requirements.  Certifications & Other Skills: PC, Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required.
