Job Description Work in tandem with the Illinois Lottery and Scientific Games to provide various platforms of support including instant game planning, sales analysis and data entry.  Work with Account Executive, Graphic Designers, Cooperative Services Staff, Marketing, Vendor Partners and Lottery Management toward the effective execution of instant games and SGI initiatives.     
Job Functions:
• Provide a level of Customer Service that meets/exceeds expectations
• Manages instant game portfolio and game schedule
• Work with Account Executive to ensure contract delivery of games to warehouse
• Assists with business analysis for cost containment and efficiencies within Cooperative Services business unit
• Review/Coordinate any necessary corrections relating to Working Pages from the customer with Account Executive
• Creates and distributes assigned Sales and Product Reports on timely basis and maintains the integrity of the data as requested
• Creates, evaluates and reviews prize structures that correspond with customer parameters, product mix and marketing plan
• Attends quarterly game planning meetings, focus groups and other scheduled meetings
• Coordinates quarterly market research focus groups including working with vendors, determining art concepts and finalizing game concepts
• Analyze inventory levels to ensure proper and (most importantly) timely re-ordering of games
• Work to meet Cooperative Service budget goals
• Communicate and work effectively with customers, outside vendors/consultants and other departments within SGI.
• Ensure all deliverables are generated and sent to the customer
• Attend Weekly Account Status Call and Lottery Sales calls
• Attend Training Classes as indicated
• Assist with procurement/RFP process
• Attend Lottery meetings and Focus Groups

Job Requirements• Experience in data analysis and report generation
• Proficient with Excel and using Outlook
• Able to present concepts and business plans
• Team player
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills       
•  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator          
• Easily adaptable to SGI production systems: VIEW, MAP
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to coordinate and complete multiple tasks in time sensitive manner
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Acute attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills-ability to work with all levels of staff
• Ability to travel as necessary
• Being able to work in SQL a huge plus
