Exciting New Opportunity for a Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant -- New graduates are welcome!!
WESTMED Medical Group currently has a per diem position available at our office in Stamford, Connecticut for a Physical Therapist Assistant.  This is an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing practice. 

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
  • Review patient records for current diagnosis, past medical history, precautions, and contraindications
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physical therapy plan of care
  • Communicate, in a timely manner, with physical therapists as appropriate to discuss progress
  • Document patient treatment in the electronic documentation and billing system

  • Required Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a physical therapist assistant program
  • Current licensure in state of Connecticut as a Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
