Job Description The ideal candidate should be comfortable with the tools, data, techniques and strategies required to create successful, creative, and engaging digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. Must have the ability to multi-task in a heavy volume, high paced environment with attention to detail. Responsibilities:•Hands-on management and ownership of company's sale lead tracking technologies like salesforce•Design, implement and manage lead nurturing campaigns•Measure and report on performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals for effectiveness ( ROI and KPIs- MQL, SQLs, Add To Pipeline)•Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights•Plans, manages and reconciles approved campaign budget Requirements:•3-5 years B2B software marketing campaign design and execution experience •Self- motivated, results oriented with an excellent attention to detail•Be a leader in a digital marketing innovation, evolve best practices, stay up-to-date with the latest trends and has a good working knowledge of ad serving ( DART, ATLAS, LinkedIn) and analytics tools ( Google analytics, Curalate) and can interpret and analyze data as well as present it to a variety of stakeholders•Strong vendor negotiation skills to optimize the marketing spend for best results•Strong understanding of all creative domains( visual design, copywriting, content strategy and interaction design
