Each candidate must be able to perform job duties and physical requirements in the work environment as described below on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodations in order to meet the requirements of the warehouse associate job. Overview of Job Duties: * SOME roles, but NOT ALL roles, within the facility require walking 5 to 15 miles or more (8 - 12 hrs) per day. * Some roles require an individual to frequently lift and move items weighing on average 25 - 30 pounds during the majority of the work day. * Some roles require climbing and descending four stories of regular stairs.* Most roles require regular bending, crouching, kneeling and reaching above the head.* Some roles require the use of hand held scanners/computers which require full manual dexterity (comfortable and full range of motion) in both hands and wrists regularly throughout the shift. * Some roles require you to work alone or independently on a regular basis through your shift. Job Duties: * Regular attendance and punctuality * Receive products using Radio Frequency scanners * Relocate products using forklifts, pallet jacks and walkie-riders * Understand all aspects of production * Pick customer orders on all levels of a multi-level mezzanine * Pack and ship customer orders * Troubleshoot problems to resolution * Adhere to strict quality and production standards PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * Standing and/or walking during a minimum 10 hour shift (ex and part-time shifts may vary) * Regularly lifting and moving an average of 60 pounds * Regularly lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during a minimum 10-hour shift (ex and part-time shifts may vary) * Will regularly be required to push and pull products during a 10-hour shift (ex and part-time shifts may vary) * Must be able to work on a secure mezzanine at a height of 30-40 feet (equivalent to a third or fourth story building) * Able to continuously climb and descend four stories of stairs safely * Full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
