Job Description

Large company is currently seeking customer service representative for immediate hire!!! Great opportunity with growth potential!

Job Duties:

This will include answering, transferring incoming calls.Provide service and support coverage to customers and internal employees. Provide phone coverage and customer support for daily operations.Document and maintain approved process and procedures for all daily responsibilities within the department.

  • Must be experience in all Microsoft programs (word, excel)
  • Must have customer service/call center experience
  • Must have good attention to detail
  • Must have bachelors degree
